The AI agent platform for enterprises

PwC’s agent OS

Orchestrate, integrate and govern AI agents across applications and platforms

AI agents are quickly becoming a top investment priority across corporate America. In fact, 88% of executives say that their team or business function plans to increase AI-related budgets in the next 12 months due to agentic AI. These
budgets are surging
because AI agents can act autonomously, reason intelligently and even come up with new solutions — automating or augmenting more and more everyday business activities.

But a single agent typically does only a single, narrow task. To create value that moves the needle, you need to connect agents into workflows, combine them with your people into teams and integrate them with your enterprise systems. PwC’s agent OS is the unified platform for you to orchestrate multiple AI agents — even ones from different vendors — into workflows and enterprise-wide processes, with oversight built in. You can then solve complex challenges, fast: serve customers, improve pricing and marketing, develop software, monitor supply chains, onboard employees, streamline procurement, transform the finance function and more.

How agent OS delivers outcomes in weeks — not years

If your tech stack is ready, agent OS can deliver results in as little as 30 days or less — ten times faster than other approaches to building multi-agent models. Benefits come quickly, because agent OS offers an easy-to-use platform that enables rapid scale and adds another layer of intelligence: yours. With agent OS, you have the power to orchestrate your current and future AI agents into the solutions that you choose or create. And if your tech stack isn’t AI ready, no worries: You can still achieve value quickly through low-risk pilots while you implement or upgrade ERP or cloud systems and modernize data and controls as needed.

It’s easy to use

Not a programmer? No problem. Agent OS lets you drag and drop agents into workflows — or create new, fit-for purpose agents. If you are a software engineer, agent OS gives you access to code and software development kits.

Combine bites into meals

With agent OS, you can join a few agents into simple workflows, then combine those into more complex ones — thanks to a recursive, graph-based approach built on our patent-pending orchestration technology.

Your work is reusable

Once you’ve created agents or workflows, agent OS lets you replicate those agents and the relevant parts of workflows for other workflows too. That can help you scale faster — and keep down costs.

Integrate major vendors, platforms and enterprise systems

PwC’s agent OS lets you orchestrate agents from multiple vendors into unified workflows. It works across major platforms and enterprise systems: Anthropic, AWS, GitHub, Google Cloud, Microsoft Azure, OpenAI, Oracle, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, CrewAI, LangGraph and more.

Enable secure, role-based access

Agent OS applies role-based access control (RBAC) with Microsoft Graph integration to manage permissions across tools, workflows, and data. A three-tier role model (User, Superuser, Admin) confirms group-based access isolation—providing a secure foundation for enterprise-scale AI operations.

Input natural language and real-time data

Our proprietary “language-state” machine-powered orchestration enables agents to act within workflows based on real-time data and natural language. That helps agents execute complex, multi-step tasks and enables even employees without a technical background to design agentic workflows and continually add insights and nuances.

Built for security, trust, and enterprise control

Agent OS delivers protection at every layer so enterprises can scale AI with confidence. It uses the Model Context Protocol (MCP) to provide secure, policy-aligned access to enterprise tools and data. Code reviews, encrypted credential vaults, and schema validation safeguard critical systems from the ground up. Teams get real-time visibility through session tracking, execution history, and human-in-the-loop feedback, all managed through a centralized governance dashboard. Sandboxed environments support safe testing, while integration with PwC’s Responsible AI framework confirms every deployment meets the highest standards for oversight and accountability.

Agent OS: Your questions, answered

How is agent OS different from GenAI chatbots?

Unlike integrated tools or chatbots that support specific tasks, agent OS is built to reshape operations at scale. It enables you to give all your people task-specific AI coworkers embedded into their workflows — with each agent automating work, handing off tasks to other agents and constantly communicating with their human teammates.

What is agent OS’s business value?

Agent OS can reduce manual efforts by several orders of magnitude as you deploy agentic workflows against common, repetitive tasks. It lets you go beyond simple automation too, creating processes around AI agents that think, act, and improve over time.

How will agent OS impact our workforce?

As agent OS enables agents to execute more tasks behind the scenes, your workforce’s capacity can surge, especially for strategic and creative work. But people will need new skills, like how to give agents instructions and context, how to evaluate AI outputs (rather than assuming their correctness) and how AI can transform current processes.

How will agent OS add value to the AI solutions we already have?

A lot of AI stops at point or siloed solutions. Agent OS lets you connect those solutions and build and manage bigger ones: multi-agent workflows that span multiple business processes. When you automate entire workflows with agent OS — not just individual tasks — you can reduce manual effort by up to 95%.
