By continuously innovating how we work both with clients and internally, we help drive the transformation of organizations, industries, and society. AI bold plays: Unlocking value and transforming business operations globally

Global Generative AI (GenAI) adoption is accelerating rapidly. Deloitte is dedicated to helping clients safely embrace emerging technologies and adapt to shifting market dynamics, enabling clients to realize GenAI’s transformative potential through innovative, leading-edge solutions and dedicated support.

For example, we are leveraging our alliances to help clients build intelligent digital workforces with
Agentic AI and multiagent AI systems technology
. Our deep expertise in business and workforce transformation, combined with the transformative potential of Agentic AI, enables clients to deploy digital workforces with confidence and build agile, resilient teams.

With the launch of
Deloitte’s Global Agentic Network
, clients now have access to a connected ecosystem of AI business agent offerings. Supported by our strategic alliances, this network helps organizations augment and automate their operations. Within the network,
Zora AI
TM
by Deloitte stands as our first Agentic AI product business. Debuting in the US, Zora AI
TM
by Deloitte builds AI agents that can think intelligently and act independently. Planned integration with alliance partners will further empower clients to build intelligent digital workforces using Agentic AI, marking a new milestone in multi-agent systems.

For Deloitte, alliance partnerships offer a valuable opportunity to integrate Agentic AI into our operations and enhance learning and development for our people.

Scaling AI Responsibly: Sovereign, Sustainable, and Physical AI

Sovereign AI
has emerged as a non-negotiable for scaling AI responsibly and ethically.
Deloitte's Silicon2Service
(S2S) offering provides end-to-end strategy, design, deployment, optimization, and management of Sovereign AI or AI Factory capabilities for clients. By leveraging powerful technology platforms like NVIDIA and drawing on Deloitte’s deep specialist knowledge in private cloud infrastructure, hardware optimization, AI software integration, data science, and data management, S2S helps clients innovate while complying with country-specific regulations to build capability with confidence.

A core pillar of our S2S offering is
Deloitte’s Global AI Infrastructure Center of Excellence
(CoE), dedicated to supporting clients establish and operate specialized AI data centers globally. This comes in response to growing demand for scalable, secure, and efficient AI infrastructure solutions, enabling end-to-end transformation from foundational silicon to business-ready AI. As AI adoption rises and data center usage increases, energy consumption and emissions are expected to grow across many economies. We help clients address these environmental challenges by developing robust energy system models and strategies to lower emissions, supporting organizations to implement AI solutions in an environmentally conscious manner.

As we continue to look at the next frontier of AI,
Physical AI
is emerging as a transformative convergence of trustworthy AI models and advanced robotics. Technologies like humanoid robots, autonomous vehicles, and drones, have potentially revolutionary application across various sectors. Deloitte is working with clients to unlock the potential of Physical AI in several ways. We help clients simulate and train robots in a digital environment, ensuring they are able to operate safely in the physical world. We develop platforms that can manage and operate robots on factory floors, supporting efficient and secure operations. We have also delivered innovative vegetation management solutions, where drones are used to deliver greater precision and impact. Through these advancements, Deloitte is helping clients harness Physical AI to transform operations, improve safety, and create new opportunities for growth.

Driving client success in the age of AI

AI is reshaping industries, presenting opportunities and challenges for organizations globally. Deloitte’s multidisciplinary model helps clients navigate this evolving landscape, offering end-to-end capabilities to unlock value and drive transformation.

Deloitte’s Trustworthy AI framework
supports clients in managing risk, while our deep engineering expertise ensures the delivery of complex AI solutions at scale. These capabilities provide clients with confidence that their AI systems and processes are well-managed, controlled, and compliant with regulatory requirements.

In 2025, Deloitte was honored as the
Google 2025 Partner of the year – Artificial Intelligence Global sales and services
and positioned as the leader in
2025 IDC MarketScape
for worldwide AI services. These awards reflect our dedication to helping clients shape the future of innovation, harnessing cutting-edge technology to solve complex challenges, deliver measurable results, and define what comes next.

Leading with responsibility and delivering social impact with AI

Deloitte is dedicated to helping public and private sector leaders prepare for future risks by conducting extensive research and sharing insights on how AI can address emerging challenges. A recent Deloitte Global study,
AI-powered cities of the future
, surveyed 250 cities across 78 countries and was conducted in collaboration with ServiceNow, NVIDIA, Deloitte Global, and ThoughtLab. The findings revealed that 45% of respondents are currently using or trialing AI to strengthen sustainability resilience. More than 70% are piloting or deploying AI to improve water management systems, making this the survey’s leading use case.

Sustainable growth in AI will require more than just expanding renewable energy. It demands greater transparency in reporting, an ecosystem approach, and a commitment to efficient AI development and operation to ensure that progress in AI does not undermine sustainability goals.
Deloitte Global research
shows that innovative data center solutions could reduce the electricity demand of AI by over a third by 2030, and by nearly half by 2050.

Deloitte is also at the forefront of exploring how AI can help mitigate the costs of natural disasters. As populations and economies expand, infrastructure systems must evolve to meet increasing demand. A recent Deloitte report, “
AI for Infrastructure Resilience
” by the Deloitte Center for Sustainable Progress highlights how AI could help avoid approximately US$70 billion in direct natural disaster costs to infrastructure by 2050.

Building the AI-ready workforce

At Deloitte, we recognize the importance of upskilling, reskilling, and preparing for the emergence of new roles in the age of AI. Our AI Academy™ offers tailored training to approximately 470,000 Deloitte people, equipping them with essential AI knowledge and skills so that they can navigate the transformative impact of AI and deliver value to our clients.

We are embedding AI capabilities into our global delivery platforms, including
Omnia
,
Intela
, and
Ascend
, to enhance efficiency and elevate client outcomes. Through proprietary GenAI tools like
PairD
, Sidekick,
MyAssist
, and Gen-D, we are actively transforming professional services and driving innovation in business strategy.

AI-enabled transformation criteria has been introduced within our operating model, further reinforcing our dedication to AI-enabled transformation across the organization, underlining Deloitte’s leadership in both client and workforce advancement.

Wonder by Deloitte: Incubating the Ventures of Tomorrow

Wonder by Deloitte
, established as Deloitte Canada’s business foundry, is a venture incubation platform that turns bold ideas into transformative businesses. It combines imaginative capital with Deloitte’s full-stack capabilities, helping founders move from ideation to scale with speed and confidence.

Wonder, in partnership with Humber River Health, is developing Healix. Healix is a plug-and-play, AI-first platform that empowers healthcare teams with ready-to-use, customizable apps that address real, high-friction problems across both patient-facing and back-office environments without disrupting existing systems or waiting on lengthy procurement cycles. Healix helps enable hospitals to deploy high-impact applications in weeks, not years, streamlining procurement, accelerating innovation, and improving clinical outcomes.

ElectrifiedGrid, another Wonder venture, is a strategic grid planning platform that enables utilities to model future electricity demand scenarios, simulate grid impacts, and dynamically assess both wires and non-wires solutions to support optimized grid investments. It does this by integrating AI, advanced energy modelling, and geospatial digital twin technology to anticipate future grid conditions.

Wonder is leading on a range of ventures, each tackling systemic challenges with scalable solutions. It’s where purpose-led ideas meet the power of Deloitte’s network.

McLaren Relationship: Engineering Innovation at Speed

Deloitte’s relationship with McLaren Racing is a blueprint for engineering innovation at speed. Together, we’ve developed a
circularity platform
that automates material tracking and waste reduction across McLaren’s operations, supporting Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) sustainability reporting and enabling real-time decision-making.

The collaboration introduces new AI-powered tools to help F1 teams around the globe integrate circular practices into their design, materials sourcing, and manufacturing workflows. The collaboration is a model for how elite performance and environmental responsibility can coexist—and how innovation can be scaled across industries.

Space Commercialization: Opportunity in/from orbit

Space continues to be a fast-growing platform for solving some of Earth’s most pressing challenges, and 2025 marked a step change in how Deloitte, with space practices in
Australia
,
Canada
, Germany,
Japan
,
Southeast Asia
,
UK
and the
US
, is helping make space data and infrastructure more accessible, secure, and impactful for business and government.

In March 2025, Deloitte launched the
Deloitte‑1 satellite
, carrying Silent Shield™, our in‑orbit cyber intrusion detection and anomaly monitoring payload. After extensive on‑orbit testing and simulated attack scenarios, Silent Shield is proving its ability to deliver out‑of‑band telemetry and analytics that flag suspicious activity in near real time, helping safeguard mission continuity as reliance on satellite services grows.

To further strengthen ecosystem resilience, we supported the global expansion of the
Space ISAC Watch Center
network with a new Global Hub in Australia and the UK, and a Space ISAC Forum hosted by Deloitte Japan, in addition to driving global space cyber exercises. Together, these initiatives enhance “all‑threats, all‑hazards” cyber intelligence sharing and incident coordination worldwide.

Deloitte also launched the Global Space Downstream Analytics Center of Excellence in India, to make Earth Observation (EO) data and geospatial AI easier to adopt across non‑space sectors. A CoE recent
report
suggests that increased adoption of EO data across the region could contribute an additional US$100 billion to Southeast Asia’s GDP by 2030. In its first year, the CoE delivered EO-based technology demonstrators across the agriculture, mining, and insurance industries, pioneering start-ups while working with newly formed alliances and clients.

The launch of GRAVITY Challenge 08, in partnership with AquaWatch-AUK and co-funded by the Australian and UK Space Agencies, marked a new chapter in space-enabled environmental monitoring. This year’s challenge focused on water quality, empowering innovators to co-design solutions for detecting algal blooms, sediment plumes, and invisible pollutants using EO data.

Quantum: From Possibility to Practicality

Quantum computing is moving from theory to application, and Deloitte is helping clients get value while staying secure. Our
Quantum Cyber Readiness
services guide organizations through cryptographic inventory, risk assessment, governance, and phased migration to post‑quantum cryptography. Deloitte has also previously collaborated with the World Economic Forum to publish quantum readiness guidance for executives and has recently published a draft National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Community Profile on Cryptographic Resiliency to help enterprises align their quantum readiness efforts to their risk management framework and ongoing security programs. As part of this broader focus on readiness, Deloitte US has also
published thought leadership
on quantum futures, using scenario planning to help organizations anticipate different adoption pathways and build strategic resilience.

On the computing side, Deloitte teams are already progressing real‑world use cases including anomaly detection and logistics optimization through proofs of concept and “quantum‑inspired” methods on today’s hardware, while building partnerships across the quantum ecosystem.

In Japan, Deloitte Tohmatsu entered into a strategic collaboration with
QuEra Computing
to accelerate the development of the quantum industry in Japan, building use cases through joint research with academia and industry. The US extended this growing collaboration, forming an alliance to bring the best of QuEra’s hardware and software platforms - and Deloitte’s technology and systems-integration expertise - to clients across industries and sectors.

Additional quantum activity is also
featured
in the Deloitte Tohmatsu Innovation Park in Japan, with joint work across industry and academia to mature applications and relationships.
